We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving the order. Officially the order cut off time is midday, but quite often we will carry on wrapping up orders right up to the last minute before our carriers APC Overnight arrive in the late afternoon.
There is a £6.00 delivery charge on all orders under £500 plus VAT for the UK Mainland, however we may have to impose a small surcharge for certain Scottish Highlands and Islands Postcodes & Isle of Wight
*Our carriers now have defined postcodes for surcharge areas in Scotland that they class as Highlands unfortunately and our system will add a £6.00 surcharge to cover the extra charges we have to pay. These Postcodes are AB10-16, AB21-25, AB30-AB39, AB41,-AB45, AB51-56, DD8-11, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV52-54,IV63, PA80, PH3-13, PH15-26, PH30-41, PA21-40, PH49-50, -21, KW1-14, KY99
*The following postcodes are treated as Off-Shore by the Carriers and these areas also carry a £6 surcharge on all orders HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17,PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, PO30-41, ZE1-3.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
